we can customize a package to fit your needs for a unique experience that they can’t get anywhere else.
A $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a party package, with the remaining balance due the day of your event. Laser TAG accepts cash, credit, and debit cards. For your convenience, we accept credit and debit card payments by phone, but we do not accept checks as payment. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, you may reschedule your event for any reason. Please provide at least a 24-hour notice. The rescheduled date must be an available time within the next 12 Months. You may do this once.
We request all participants arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Bounce House cannot guarantee the ability to start an event late or extend time.
Any balance must be paid as a single transaction on the day of your event. Individual payments by players cannot be accepted.
If your event is during our open hours your group may be required to participate with the general public or other parties. Our staff will do our best to ensure fair and fun games.
No outside food/drink allowed at Laser TAG parties, except for non-frozen cake or cupcakes. Gratuity not included in price.
